Positie
In this role you will act as the inaugural Global Learning and Development Manager (L&D) responsible for implementing, refining and managing a comprehensive global learning strategy. This role will lead the development, design and implementation of the first global training programs to support the local Operating Companies. Primarily focused their Corporate employees (14.000 employees) but with the potential to expand to Temporary workforce.
As an L&D leader, you will work cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify skills gaps, create innovative learning experiences, and ensure measurable impact on employee development and organizational growth. You are part of the Global HR team, reporting to the Global HR Director.
Profiel
- Experience: +6 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a proven track record in a global or regional role
- LMS Implementation: Demonstrable experience in researching, selecting, and implementing a global Learning Management System
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the recruitment, talent, or human resources industry is advantageous or other similar sectors
- Systems: Demonstratable experience in using SCORM based tooling and ability to design and implement SCORM files alongside other appropriate technology experience
- Certifications: Certifications in instructional design, coaching, or project management (e.g., CIPD, ATD, Six Sigma) are preferred but not mandatory
- Language: Business English is essential, other languages such as French or Japanese would be advantageous
