Position

As the Senior HR Business Partner for Global Functions, you will play a crucial role in supporting various domains such as Global Sales, Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Sustainability, Compliance, and Legal. You will develop and implement people strategies that align with the business goals, enhancing organizational agility and employee engagement. Reporting directly to the HR Director Global Functions, you will collaborate closely with HR team members in Amsterdam and business leaders worldwide.

 

  • Strategic Partnership: Build strong relationships and work closely with senior business leaders to understand strategic goals and align people strategies.
  • Trusted Advisor: Provide expert advice and coaching to senior management on employee-related matters.
  • Innovative HR Solutions: Develop and implement tailored HR solutions to address organizational challenges.
  • Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to enhance overall effectiveness and agility, supporting transformations and change management strategies.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Drive initiatives to ensure talent aligns with business needs.
  • Leadership Development: Implement leadership development programs to build a robust leadership pipeline, offering coaching and support to senior leaders.
  • Employee Relations: Facilitate alignment, communication, and engagement within the organization.

 

Profile

We are looking for a business minded, results-driven professional with:

 

  • Over 10 years of experience in an international, matrix environment.
  • Senior business partnering experience, preferably supporting global functions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in transformation, change, and project management.
  • Influencing skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborative leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Fluent in English.
