🕒 Vroom Journey: My adventure at Vroom began in 2002, a unique opportunity that perfectly matched my ambitions. After my studies, I started at a large international consultancy firm. My first assignment at one of the major banks quickly felt too large and impersonal. Through some connections, I started at a small headhunting firm with a specific focus on the entry-level job market. After two valuable years, I wanted to deepen my expertise in our field. Vroom offered me exactly that opportunity. My first assignment? Finding a credit analyst for a large bank 😉. It was a tough task, but successfully completed!

🎯 Why headhunting is such a special profession: For me, headhunting is a profession where everything comes together. Every day, I enjoy the conversations, listening to ambitions and dreams, and understanding different fields. You can really make a difference for individuals and our clients. The collaboration with clients, candidates, and colleagues gives me energy every day! And that makes sure I happily hop on my bike every morning to go to the office or take the train to visit a client!
