Position
The CEO ASN Impact Investors leads the next phase of transformation and growth of the asset management business, combining strategic direction with execution.
You will define and deliver the strategy, shape a future-proof operating model and ensure alignment across organisation, governance, and infrastructure. Leading a team of ~20 professionals, you act as a key partner to ASN Bank, regulators and external stakeholders.
Key focus areas include growing assets under management, strengthening market positioning and embedding sustainability in investment strategies, while ensuring operational excellence in a regulated environment.
Key responsibilities
Leadership & Transformation
- Lead organisational transformation towards a scalable, future-ready model
- Translate strategy into structure, governance, and ways of working
- Build and lead a high-performing team
- Partner with bank, supervisory board and shareholders
Commercial & Investment Leadership
- Drive AuM growth and strengthen market positioning
- Oversee portfolio management, balancing returns and impact
- Unlock commercial opportunities across distribution and products
- Ensure operational excellence across the platform
Stakeholder & Regulatory Management
- Act as primary contact for the AFM and ensure regulatory credibility
- Manage complex stakeholder landscape
- Translate regulatory developments into strategic advantage
Profile
Experience & background
- University degree or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of leadership experience
- Experience in portfolio management and investment funds (B2B) distribution
- Strong knowledge of and affinity with sustainable investing
- Proven experience in leading organisational transformation
- Track record in growing (sustainable/ESG) assets under management
- Experience operating at board level, including interaction with regulators and supervisory boards
