Our approach and process.
Our search approach begins with a thorough
understanding of the organizational context.
We map out the strategy, culture, dynamics, and
ambitions of the organization to gain a comprehensive
and realistic view of the environment. This serves as
the foundation for a targeted and effective search.
Building on this integrated view, we examine the
role in relation to its specific context and the challenges
involved. This foundation allows us to define the
desired profile in terms of knowledge, experience,
competencies, and leadership style.
This ensures our focus is not just on the right candidate
for today, but on a professional who adds sustainable
value during the specific phase of growth the organization
is currently in.
PQ10 Assessment.
As part of our Executive Search process, we incorporate the PQ10
personality assessment for our shortlist candidates, complementing
the CV and our own evaluations.
PQ10 is a fast and reliable online personality assessment that maps out
an individual’s preferred behavior based on the Big Five personality
model, covering ten underlying traits.
Why the PQ10?
Insights into Work Style
Provides visibility into stable behavioral preferences that are not
always apparent in interviews or CVs.
Predictive Value
Specific behaviors, such as conscientiousness or stress resilience,
are demonstrably linked to performance and role fit.
Objective Assessment
Provides standardized data that supplements intuitive
impressions and helps mitigate recruitment bias.
A Foundation for Development
Establishes a common language to discuss strengths and areas
for growth, serving as a starting point for further development.
