Position
To drive strategic growth and expand the global presence in the offshore W2W industry. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong client partnerships, and developing & leading a high-performing and mature business development team across international locations. This person will align commercial strategy with long-term company objectives and bring structure, process, and data-driven decision-making into the business development function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being actively part of MT: setting strategy aligned with company vision, decision-making, and leading by example
- Develop, lead, and implement global growth strategies -together with regional managers- to expand offshore market presence and increase global revenue
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensure and increase pipeline quality and new business opportunities
- Lead and develop a global BD team (including Inside Sales & Marketing and the Servicedesk)
- Establish scalable processes and optimize CRM use
- Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics to optimize commercial operations and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Focus on analyzing sales- and other relevant data, pricing strategies, and market trends to make informed decisions and maximize profitability.
- Adapt strategy (and team mindset) to market changes
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal departments
Profile
you recognize yourself in the following:
- Strategic and commercial mindset
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM and performance tracking
- Team builder, hands-on, and process-focused
- Approachable but assertive communicator
- 10+ years in senior BD management roles (i.e. offshore, production, technology, etc)
- Bsc/Msc education (business administration, technical background, or similar)
- Experienced and successful at developing and implementing BD and Marketing strategies, driving growth globally and expanding markets
- Track record in building and leading teams and setting up scalable organizational structures successfully
- Demonstrated experience in using data in strategy alignment and decision-making
