We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Chief People Officer.

For an international company (PE owned), we are looking for a Chief People Officer. In this strategic role, you will contribute to building and expanding the organization while driving their mission to improve healthcare through data-driven insights.

As the CPO of this company you will shape, lead and actively execute the people strategy in line with the overall business strategy.

Profiel

The CPO is a senior people leader and possesses broad and deep expertise in the field of HR. From your leadership position, you play a proactive and driving role in achieving the shared business objectives, taking full accountability for results. Self-starting and passionate about building an HR organization in a growing and entrepreneurial environment.

You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing a long-term HR strategies in rapidly scaling, international organizations. You excel in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. 

You are an inspiring leader and a key driver of the strategy by building strong teams that enable accelerated organizational growth. Visible and approachable, with an excellent understanding of what is going on, you foster collaboration within teams and between the various companies. You are driven by a strong passion to contribute to building the company. 

You are excited about the opportunity to bring your extensive People & Culture experience to our client and build an outstanding workplace. The ideal candidate will bring the following skills and experiences:


  • Proven, progressive HR experience across strategic to operational, over a span of 10+ years in an international (high-performing) environment. Preferably in private equity owned companies. 
  • Proven experience in a similar role, successfully building and scaling People & Culture operations internationally.
  • A track record of leading, mentoring, and inspiring leadership teams and People & Culture teams.
  • Strategic, positive, and innovative mindset with a balance of pragmatism and speed. 
  • Proven ability to execute on vision, with a hands-on approach to creating and implementing a unique people and culture strategy. 
  • Business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Demonstrated track record of taking initiative and full ownership to deliver impactful results.
  • Excellent persuasion and influence skills, stretch the boundaries with the ability to get things done in a fast-growing organization with tact and organizational savvy.
  • Due to the international character of the company there will be some travelling within Europe required for this role.
