Position

UNLOQ is seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial & Business Development Lead able to serve clients in a consultative way. The Lead Commercial Relations oversees the strategic direction, execution, and performance of the Commercial Relations team. 

This lead plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering long-term customer relationships by developing and implementing effective commercial strategies, nurturing top talent, and delivering results that align with the company's overall objectives and vision.


Profile

  • You have an academic level of work and thinking and at least 6-10 years of commercial experience. 
  • You have demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets, closing deals, and a proven track record in a knowledge-intensive people focused environment.
  • You are recognized by your proactive approach with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results without being passive.
  • Potential to lead and motivate a team while also being an individual contributor and director of sales initiatives.
  • Strong relational skills with the ability to influence and persuade others; not a passive individual.
  • You build relationships consciously, with enthusiasm, kindness, curiosity, empathy & care.
  • Preferably experienced in the staffing industry, selling training solutions, possessing Learning & Development knowledge, B2B sales experience, and understanding HR-related client processes.
  • Understanding of organisational design and the ability to integrate strategic sales processes within the broader organisational framework.
